This is a full-time, year-round position. As an Installer, you will be an important part of our company. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and skills to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. Work hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some Saturday work may occasionally be required.

The following is a list of some of the job duties and requirements:

Job Duties
· Assist with installing and servicing commercial garage doors and openers.

Job Requirements/Skills
· Good mechanical aptitude
· Be comfortable working on scissors lift – up to 20 feet off the ground
· Familiarity with tools (both hand tools and power tools)
· Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds occasionally
· High school diploma
· Ability to work with others and on your own
· Valid insurable Driver’s License (Installer will drive company truck)
· Pass physical , back assessment and background check

Division Manager Brainerd Overhead Door Company

As Division Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Brainerd division of St. Cloud Overhead Door Company, the leading installing door dealer in central Minnesota. We are looking for someone with extensive management experience, especially relating to sales management of a small business and employee management.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years management/supervisory experience and with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the operations of a small business, or a division of a larger business. Similarly, this individual must also have a proven record of leadership and motivational skills.

Only candidates who meet or exceed the qualifications will be considered.

  Primary Job Expectations:
· Employee Management - includes management and scheduling of office and field employees
· Sales and Financial Management - forecasting sales and inventory, controlling costs, strategic planning, executing    sales strategy
· Customer Service - ensure that customers are handled in a professional and timely fashion from the time they first  contact us, follow-up on job progress and customer requirements, provide outstanding customer service to all  customers
· Sales - estimating and preparing quotes on projects, preparing proposals for customers, handling some phone and  walk-in sales
· Marketing - positioning Brainerd Overhead Door in the market, personal involvement in the local builders association, Chamber, and in the community
· Miscellaneous - numerous duties which may include helping out in shop or assisting with door installations,  maintenance around the shop, helping customers load doors

Warehouse Assistant

Location: St. Cloud

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be an important part of our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and skills to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. Benefits include health, life, dental and disability insurance, 401(k) Profit Sharing plan, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Pay rate will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Work hours vary somewhat for each position, but both are daytime hours. Some overtime may be required.
